On the “Radar” screen… Inverse Emerging markets

Radar, from the hit TV show MASH, often knew what would happen, before the fact… is the pattern below doing the same?

Looks like I might be ahead of the game, but I picked up some EEV today. It is double inverse but trades at a much higher volume compared to eum.
