10. Refund Policy

Refunds will be made upon request and in accordance to the following guidelines: A person or company requesting a refund will be reimbursed for no more than the pro-rated monthly rate of any subscription, monthly, annual or multi-year. We reserve this right in order to protect against abuse of payors who plan to take advantage of additional discounts with our extended plans, annual and multi-year, and who have no intention of remaining for the full term. We also desire to protect and reward those who put up the full amount desiring to remain the full term to benefit from the discount.

Example, if a person subscribed to an annual Weekly-Combo for $1,297 and requested a refund after the 5th month, the refund would be calculated as such: Number months paid = 5,  Number of months remaining = 7  months x the monthly payment for Weekly Combo @ $134/m = $938.  Total Refund is $1297 minus $938  = $359.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
