When high yields are above support lines and key moving averages, I like renting them for NAV appreciation and above average dividend streams.


Despite the bond price decline in Government, High grade corporates and Muni bonds of late, high yields continue to push higher.  As I have shared before, more often than not, when the high yields are moving higher, stocks haven’t seen large price declines.

As I shared, I am renting these positions and if key support gives way, I will harvest the gains that have taken place over the past many months.
