On a weekly basis, Two out of the last three weeks, the U.S. Dollar has created bearish wicks at key Fibonacci levels.  These wicks have led to a lower Dollar and higher prices for risk assets.  The week is far, far from over, yet what the Dollar does a (1) remains very important as it is testing channel and Fibonacci support.

Is the Dollar remotely in control of the price of risk assets?  Yes!  Risk assets will continue to push higher if the Dollar fails to hold at support (1)!!!
