Current Valuations, Sentiment and Chart Patterns

With the Dow reaching 16,000, are we at a critical crossroad or will things continue to move higher from here? The purpose of my research and this presentation is to put aside the opinions and noise of the world and look to the patterns of valuations, sentiment and price to provide a better perspective on current conditions and how to best position assets. I will address the first part in this presentation and the second in future member reports.
