Many have discussed that due to a weak dollar, owning Emerging market bonds was a safer way to own bonds than owning debt in the states. Only time will tell if this remains true. One truth of late, channel resistance has turned this Emerging market bond etf into a “sub-merging” ETF! The last couple of months action, after hitting the top of the channel has taken prices back to the levels reached in October of 2009.
